What is a Vehicle Month?
- A rolling 30-day block of active tracking for one vehicle, counted from its activation date, not the calendar month.
- Activation counts right away: a vehicle's first VM is charged in the month you activate it.
- Every 30 days a vehicle stays active, it rolls into its next VM, another ₹30 on Growth or ₹25 on Scale.
- Terminate before the 30-day block ends and the next VM never begins, so it's never charged.
- Billed monthly in arrears, on the 1st of each calendar month.
- No prepaid credits. You only pay for Vehicle Months that started.
- Duplicate submissions are never double-tracked or double-billed.
Termination case: terminate on or before 13 April (inside the first 30-day block) and the VM never changes. It appears on the 1 April bill only, and nothing bills in May. Scale is ₹25 per Vehicle Month instead of ₹30; the cycle logic is identical.
